Terms and Conditions
Our Obligations
Camyr Allyn Wines will accept your order on line for goods advertised on the website.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Camyr Allyn Wines will process the order and payment and deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery terms stated below.
Camyr Allyn Wines are produced from grapes predominately grown in our own vineyard and from selected vineyards by our winemaker James Evers. We warrant the quality and technical integrity of the wines.
Gourmet foods and wine accessories are also available on the site and Camyr Allyn Wines does not warrant any goods advertised and sold from third party suppliers.
While we make every effort to supply the goods ordered there will be occasions where some items are not available. In such cases the buyer will be contacted and advised of delays or problems associated with their order.
Buyer Obligations
It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully choose the items they wish to purchase and place the order in accordance with the website instructions.
Payment must be made by either Paypal or credit card.
Personal details including name and address must be accurate. Any additional delivery costs incurred due to inaccurate or incomplete information will be the buyers account.
The buyer will be required to give personal details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The buyer should be aware of Camyr Allyn Wine’s Returns Policy.

Legal Age
It is illegal to sell wine to a person under 18 years. If you purchase wine on line you warrant that you are over 18 years of age.
Our delivery agent is authorised to obtain a signature from the person receiving the goods that hey are over 18 years of age.
Delivery
All deliveries are made by Australia Post Wine delivery service and can be made to street addresses or post office box numbers.
We attempt to process orders in two days and in most cases deliveries are made within five working days. Camyr Allyn Wines is not responsible for delays incurred by Australia Post or its agents.
In most cases Australia Post will leave a card indicating that the goods are at the Post Office for pick up.
Miscellaneous
Camyr Allyn Wines reserves the right to refuse any order if it has concerns regarding legal age, responsible service of alcohol, dry area policy or any other reason.
