Returns policy

The buyer may return wine to Camyr Allyn Wines if
The delivery is damaged and contains broken bottles or the label integrity is compromised in any way.
The wine has a technical fault.
Any non wine item is damaged and cannot perform the function for which it was designed and advertised.

The cost of the return is paid by Camyr Allyn Wines if the return is lodged at a Post Office. Camyr Allyn Wines is not responsible for the cost of return delivery sent be any other means.

Camyr Allyn Wines will not accept return for goods if
Wine is sound but not to the buyers taste.
Buyer changes their mind.
Buyer supplies incorrect delivery address.

Camyr Allyn Wines will exchange wine if it is not to the buyers taste. All cost of return and delivery of exchanged wine are to the buyer.
