2007 Camyr Allyn Verdelho

The wine is brilliant light green yellow in colour, with lifted notes of quince, pineapple, apricot and fruit salad. The palate is full and round with mouth- filling varietal characters of fruit salad. The higher alcohol gives the impression of sweetness that is balanced with a crisp sherbet- like acid finish. This is considered one of our best Verdelho’s of recent years and is a great accompaniment with tuna and salmon steaks or served with Thai food.
