2005 Camyr Allyn Sparkling Shiraz

Garnet in colour and with excellent bead, this wine has a complex bouquet of prune, earth and spice and chocolate undertones. The palate is rich without being too heavy and has fresh spice and clove like flavours, with slight sweetness and a soft tannin finish. Excellent for serving at either end of the meal, this wine can be consumed now or cellared for the medium term.
