This wine is deep plum red in colour, with aromas of blackberry and cherry, a hint of white pepper and harmonious vanillin oak. The palate is well structured with rich plum and dark berry flavours with spicy nuances and a smooth tannin and mocha oak finish. Perfect with lamb or beef dishes, this wine can also be enjoyed with your favourite cheese and should mature well over the next three to five years.
