Sparkling Rose

This month we feature our Sparkling Rose.

A delightful blend Verdelho and Pinot Noir grapes produces a refreshing Spring taste with just a hint of strawberry. Crisp and dry this wine is the perfect party starter or enjoy with that special friend.

The fine bubble produced by a secondary fermentation, Method Charmat,
results in a tingle on the tongue and a superb mouth feel.

If you like moscarto you wont like this very serious sparkling rose.

Buy one get one free

It sounds crazy but it is true. For the month of August we are offering a different selection of wines each week on a buy one get one free special.
The first week includes our Bass Creek range featuring a 2014 Merlot and 2014 Verdelho.
The Bass Creek range was developed for the discerning customers who prefer a sweeter style of wine. The Verdelho is a late harvest style and the merlot an unashamedly sweet, soft red with low tannin and smooth as silk. ideal for keeping in the fridge.
Both wines are included in the buy one get one free deal this week only.

Camyr Allyn Wines launch its Regional Series

Camyr Allyn Wines has launched it new Regional Series with a stunning GSM from the Barossa Valley. Grafted from exceptional grapes chosen by James Evers this wine is a fitting start to the series.

Future wines will include a Pinot Gris, Riesling, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon just to name a few. James will choose grapes from selected vineyards in Regions famous for the variety and produce small parcels of high quality boutique wine reflecting the characteristics that made the regions famous.

We are excited about this new direction that Camyr Allyn Wines is taking to compliment the range of Hunter Valley Estate wines produced from grapes grown the Camyr Allyn North vineyard.

The Barossa GSM is a famous blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro this wine displays fragrant red fruits on the nose, strawberry preserve dominate and intertwine with char like toasted oak and spices. The vibrant palate
showcases the red fruit and spice of the Grenache immediately, as the shiraz harmoniously joins to provide the plush tannin and spice. The wine is elegantly finished by the blue fruits of the Mataro giving shape and colour to the wine.

Please try this great value wine which carries our 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back.

In view of this mornings weather forecast we have decided to cancel tomorrows performance by Springtide.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Flood information

Thank you to all our clients who have send messages regarding the floods that have devastated our area. We are all safe and there is no damage to the vines on Camyr Allyn. The Allyn river did break its banks and was the highest we have ever seen it on Tuesday morning.
We have been isolated with no power, landline, mobile phone or internet until Friday.
Those of you who have had a picnic at the river will appreciate the photo. You know how heavy that table is and it is now perched in a tree down river. Sadly we lost the canoe.
Our thoughts go out to the residents of Dungog.

And another Music Day in May
